Medical Consultant to the Social Security Administration, Office Disability Adjudication and  Review (ODAR), Suite 201 2241 Buena Vista Rd.,  Lexington, KY. 1997 to present. Provide  testimony based on case reviews to administrative law judges in disability appeal hearings.

Private practice in clinical psychology. Primarily at 121 Prosperous Place, Suite 8A in  Lexington, Kentucky.  Full time 3-1984 to 1-2005; part-time practice in same locale 2-2005 to 3-2013. Restarted part time private practice in July 2017.

Coordinated and supervised the court evaluations and outpatient treatment of judicially committed offenders in an outpatient program for a large bay area metropolitan county.  Clients were sexual offenders and persons found not guilty by reason on insanity.  12‑1980 to 11‑1982.

Staff Psychologist & Certified Forensic Examiner for the Michigan Department of Mental Health, Center for Forensic Psychiatry, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Provided court evaluations and expert testimony on competency to stand trial & legal insanity. Provided primary inpatient treatment for judicially committed defendants/offenders.  12‑1978 to 11‑1980.
